Nice Marlin Model 24 in 12 gauge with 30” full choke barrel. Low serial number Circa 1908-09. Bluing is quite nice with moderate wear. Walnut intact and solid, but was refinished with a rubber buttpad installed a long time ago. Action tight and seems functional. I have not test fired it. Marlin recommends never firing their old hammer guns.
This was basically Marlin's updated competitor to the Winchester '97. Would be interested in trading for an old school revolver or a Remington pump like an 870 or model 31.
