Barwarusa Alpha-1

This is the Handguards set for the AK family, designed and made for AK rifles. Consists of 2 parts in a kit. Pricing goes as well for the equipment of 2 parts together (+ screws).

note: We use the extrusion process to create these handguards. Furthermore, we are using quality aluminum (7075) with more than 90% purity from Italy and Turkish mines. The coating is Cera Kote. These quality handguards are even better than the original and Chinese air gun copies.

Handguard compatibility: AK 103, 104, 105, 74S, 74M, AKM, AKMS, and rifles based on them. Not compatible with AK with milled receivers. Only stamped receivers.

Upper Handguard description:

Designed to be mounted together with the lower handguard rail with 8 screws + does not block the line of iron sight.

Lower Handguard description:

Picatinny rail on three sides. Allows to installation of additional equipment. Has a mini Basis rail on the bottom to install accessories compatible with the Basis.

Weight: 380gr together.

Disclaimer: Barwarus provides a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects on this product. We have tested and installed this product on many (thousands) AK-stamped receivers on many brands. Some adjustments may be required since some of the brands have some quality control issues. Others may need a little pressure (tap down) to set them in place. Note User excessive force or misuse of tools may cause damage to the rail which will not be covered under warranty.



BW-T33:

B-T33 dust cover with integrated Picatinny rail is compatible with all models of Kalashnikov sporting rifles and carbines built based on AK. It allows you to install any sighting devices that mount on the Picatinny rail. Provides consistency of the center of impact on the installed sights, with repeated opening and closing.

The BW-T33 dust cover is a milled product made of aluminum alloy 7075 T6 and mounts on handguards by five screws (four screws form the four points of support for the BW-T33 on the handguard, and one screw includes an additional (fifth) point of support, fixing the BW-T33 on the receiver). It forms a Picatinny rail with a length of 170±5 mm above the barrel of AK that does not overlap the line of sight when using standard mechanical sighting devices.
