Glock 48 ported slide from PSA with Glock OEM barrel and recoil spring. Has all internals. Holosun EPS Carry red dot 2 MOA direct mounted. Slide and red dot are in great shape. Porting noticeably reduces recoil/ muzzle flip and I have had no reliability issues.

Note: If you're new to Glocks this will fit both 48 and 43X frames as they are the same dimensions with different slide structures.
