1944 Garand for sale in Texas

This M1 Garand was produced in September 1944. The height of WW2. D Day happened just 3 months ago. You are looking at a true WORLD WAR 2 veteran. This rifle is in excellent shape. Showing atleast 85% finish remaining. A beautiful, USGI (United States General Issue) AMERICAN walnut stock. The stock shows some quite lovely figuring to the wood grain. Very attractive. The barrel is a Springfield Armory February of 1945 showing a 1 Muzzle and a 2 Throat reading. That is like new. This brings us to the rest of the parts which are almost entirely SPRINGFIELD ARMORY. I actually could not find any other manufacturers parts in this rifle. That is to include the UNCUT Operating Rod. Truly a scarce part to find. As was stated in the title this is a GRENADE LAUNCHING package deal! With the rifle you will recieve. (1) M1 Garand Grenade launching Spigot, (1) practice dummy Grenade, (1) Grenade Launching site that is attached to a separate stock that you will also recieve and finally, (8) a full clip, of blanks to launch grenades! Blanks, along with all kinds of ammunition is getting very hard to find so I decided that I would give you 8 of them so you can take this AMERICAN piece of history to the range and enjoy it! Along with the grenade Launching accoutrements you will also recieve (1) M1 Garand rifle sling, (1) CMP Hardcase, (1) Certificate of Authenticity, (2) En Bloc clips (one of them has the blanks), and (1) Empty chamber indicator.
